Public law counselor and lecturer, Palestine. Legal advisor, Public law and political science researcher and lecturer in Palestine. He teaches law in Birzeit University. He’s a former  counsellor to the minister of Justice and the Palestinian Judicial Institute, and a former lecturerr at Al-Istiqlal University and Alkhalil University, where he also had management positions. Public law PhD candidate in the University of Tunis El-Manar, He holds two master's degrees (with excellence) in international studies, and a BA in law, both from Birzeit University. He published a number of studies and books.
