An Alegerian Professor in international relations and political sciences. His research focuses on state transformation. He’s the Dean of the faculty and head of the Constitutional Building Research Unit in Al-Maghreb countries. He holds a PhD with distinction (2007) in political science from the University of Algiers and the University of Paris VIII (joint-supervision program). He holds a master’s degree with excellence in public administration from the University of Jordan in 2001.  And a bachelor’s degree in media in audiovisual specialization from the Institute of Information and Communication Sciences, University of Algeria 1996. He serves as a juror in a number of  research and international institutions, he has  also received several national and international research awards.
